Owner and chef, John White, has more than 30 years’ experience from a number of high end restaurants in the UK, Australia, Spain, the Philippines and Scandinavia. He came to Denmark 17 years ago where he opened Restaurant Harvest and later on Harvest Catering.
Why call it Harvest? Because we only use the freshest ingredients from land and sea when we create our dishes. With a vast knowledge of different global cuisines, as well as modern Nordic, we know how to cater for all taste buds and know expectations are high.
Harvest Catering is based at the office house SOHO in the meat packing district in Copenhagen, where we operate the lunch restaurant, Chow, providing food for 200 people on a daily basis. Being centrally located it is easy for us to service all parts of Copenhagen and Sealand.
