I and eleven of my best friends had the most fantastic “Cooking with daddy” event as our yearly Christmas dinner. John taught us how to make mussels, deer fillet, halibut and homemade ice as desert. The great surroundings in SOHO in Copenhagen’s meat packing district and the magnificent food made it a truly memorial experience. I can highly recommend it.
